一 |     2025年，宁夏体育在全民健身设施覆盖、竞技赛事成绩突破、体育产业链延伸、体教融合深化等方面取得积极成效。

二 |       这一年，宁夏本级体彩公益金支出2.95亿元，其中1.88亿元用于群众体育类项目，包括支持市县公共体育服务体系建设补助1.15亿元，支持市、县（区）体育场地（馆）设施建设及维修改造、体育健身器材配置；用于全民健身项目普及推广、培训及赛事活动等1176万元，组织开展群众性体育赛事活动，推广普及体育运动项目；用于开展运动促进健康科技志愿服务支出10万元，开展“三送五进”科技服务活动和常态化国民体质监测活动；科技中心全民健身保障项目支出36万元，通过维修采购医疗设备和耗材；用于贺兰山全民健身中心项目、亲水体育中心网羽中心（气膜馆）和立体停车场5965万元；用于第六次全国国民体质监测和全民健身活动状况调查100万元；用于体育宣传项目13万元，展示宁夏体育事业发展成就。      公益金推动宁夏全民健身广泛覆盖、丰富多彩。

The Chinese Embassy in Thailand on Saturday issued a notice urging Chinese nationals traveling to Thailand for cultural and sports activities to comply with local laws and regulations, respect local customs, familiarize themselves with event rules, and through official channels to safeguard their rights.
The notice came after incidents involving Chinese nationals in Thailand, including an incident in which security personnel at Suvarnabhumi Airport were accused of inappropriate conduct while handling a Chinese passenger who had caused a disturbance and violated security rules.
The Chinese Embassy in Thailand urged Chinese nationals visiting the country for cultural and sports activities to comply with local laws and regulations, respect local customs and traditions, and follow event rules and management requirements.
The embassy called on Chinese visitors to interact with Thai people with respect, goodwill and openness, and to help maintain the long-standing friendship between the two countries under the concept of “China and Thailand  as one family.”
It also advised travelers to familiarize themselves in advance with event regulations, including entry requirements, photography rules and restrictions on items allowed at venues, to avoid disruptions caused by unfamiliarity with local arrangements.
The embassy encouraged Chinese nationals to handle disputes rationally and lawfully, and to seek assistance through official channels, including event organizers, on-site staff, local authorities or Chinese diplomatic missions in Thailand, if their legitimate rights and interests are affected.
Earlier this week, Thailand's Suvarnabhumi Airport has apologized and disciplined security personnel over their inappropriate behavior during their duties to stop a Chinese passenger who caused disturbance and violated security measures. The incident sparked controversy following the denial of boarding to 22 Chinese passengers on a Bangkok-Beijing flight.
In July, the Chinese Embassy in Thailand said that it had urged relevant parties to ascertain the facts as soon as possible and properly handle the incident in which a Chinese national was manhandled by security personnel and escorted out of the venue during a book fair event in Bangkok, Thailand.
The embassy also said on Saturday that exchanges and cooperation between China and Thailand have continued to deepen in recent years, with people-to-people ties becoming increasingly close. It called on Chinese visitors to participate in cultural and sports activities in a civilized, rational and orderly manner, while promoting mutual understanding and friendship between the peoples of the two countries.

。这一年，宁夏全民健身场地设施持续完善，开工建设贺兰山全民健身中心，填补了宁夏标准滑冰馆空白；新建全民健身中心7个、多功能运动场17个、体育公园7个，实施“国球进社区”项目277个、乒乓球篮球进小区项目247个，提档升级村级全民健身场地设施425个。体育赛事活动数量再创新高，成功举办机关事业单位、学校、乡村、社区、企业五大运动会和“宁BA”、足球联赛等赛事活动754项次，带动超过320万人次参与。原州区夺得全国首届“县BA”冠军，利通区夺得沿黄省区农民篮球赛冠军。广泛开展科学健身指导志愿服务活动，服务群众近30万人次。      公益金推动宁夏竞技体育厚植基础、再获突破。全年宁夏用于竞技体育类项目的本级体彩公益金6571万元，其中运动员文化教育37.6万元，专业运动队发展4077.4万元，竞技体育赛事活动244万元，自治区十七运会体育场馆新建及维修改造补助1500万元，反兴奋剂宣教抽检48万元，高水平人才引进623万元，科技中心竞技体育服务保障项目41万元。这一年，宁夏体育健儿在国内外各类正式比赛中获得15金16银22铜，在第十五届全运会上夺得1金2铜和13个四至八名，加上第十四届全国冬运会计入本届全运会的1金1银2铜和7个四至八名，奖牌数和积分取得历史最好成绩。何杰勇夺全运会马拉松冠军，实现宁夏38年再夺全运会金牌的梦想。      公益金让青少年体育夯基育苗、更富活力。宁夏深入推进体教融合，推动青少年体育素养有效提升，促进青少年健康快乐成长。成功举办第十五届学生运动会、第一届青少年三大球运动会及“奔跑吧·少年”主题健身活动等，超过50万人次青少年参与。全区15000余名青少年常年参加训练，注册青少年运动员13691名，其中新增注册4452名，全区青少年锦标赛有30人次打破自治区青少年纪录。选派188名基层教练员参加全国培训，进一步提高青训执教水平。

三 | 加强校外体育培训机构监管，加大违规体育培训机构检查力度，指导注册的463家体育校外培训机构规范运营。      公益金助力宁夏体育产业延伸链条，加速发展。在体彩公益金助力下，宁夏开展冰雪赛事、体育产业推介、体育赛事“三进”及冰雪运动普及推广等活动，不断提高体育产业发展水平。

四 | 这一年，宁夏举办全国性、区域性赛事活动149项，参赛观赛近53万人次，中卫大漠黄河户外运动目的地列入国家第一批高质量户外运动目的地建设名单，银川市被确定为国家促进体育消费和赛事经济试点城市。（丰佳佳）。
